The first phase of Bishop Christopher’s Call to Mission to the Diocese of Southwark is now complete, and Phase 2 is well under way.  In this phase, Parishes, Chaplaincies and Schools are responding the invitation to explore ways in which the core Christian values of Faith Hope Love can be given new and further expression in our common life. 

In the Phase 2 Resources section below are materials to help with this. It includes a booklet for Incumbents and individual resources covering Faith, Hope, Love and Awaydays.

Phase 3

And now work is beginning to shape Faith Hope Love Phase 3 - the Call to Deaneries.  After meeting with Bishop Christopher in Advent, the Area Dean and Lay Chair for each Deanery have been invited to work within their Deaneries to explore opportunities for shared ministry and mission at deanery level. This may be working across parishes and with other Christian communities and institutions in their area. They will be finding new ways in which Faith, Hope, Love can shape their life together, and opening up exciting possibilities for strengthening existing partnerships in mission and forging new ones.
