It offers an historic and altogether memorable setting for major events. The Garry Weston Library is ideal for large groups. It can seat up to 80 and can be easily cleared to provide a reception for 120. The Chapter Room on the first floor overlooking the river and the Cathedral offers excellent accommodation for up to 30 delegates in a theatre style layout. This room can also accommodate up to 60 people for a reception. Where a more formal meeting room is required, the Desmond Tutu Room offers a boardroom table and comfortable chairs.
For groups up to 10 we offer the Edward Charles Boorman Room. Ideal for small meetings and break-out groups.
The John Trevor Williams Room is fitted with an interactive whiteboard, DVD player, data projector and speakers and 13 wi-fi laptops. This specification is particularly suitable for training days and workshops. The room has dedicated access and cloakrooms. Room plan (PDF) Our resident

Conference Co-ordinator: Finding the Centre The Conference Centre is located on Bankside, south of the River Thames. The Cathedral and Conference Centre are close to Tate Modern, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre and the Millennium Bridge. All areas are fully accessible for those with mobility impairment.
