Complaints

Ideally a school's complaints procedure will be used rarely, but there are occasions when informal approaches are exhausted and parents seek to place their concerns on record. Schools are required to have a complaints procedure in place and should ensure that governors agree the procedure and make parents aware of it. A model procedure is available: click here to download.
