Personnel

 

The Board offers advice, guidance, support and training to governors, headteachers and clerks on a range of personnel matters, including:

  • terms and conditions of employment and contracts;
  • updates in employment law, statutory provisions (e.g. School Teachers Pay and Conditions), and national/local agreements on pay and conditions;
  • interpretation and application of policies and procedures relating to grievance and discipline, capability, sickness and redundancy, advising on individual cases as necessary
