The Board provides a wide range of training for governors and staff of Church of England Schools. This includes induction courses for new governors, training on the Christian ethos of church schools and courses for aspiring headteachers and deputies, middle leaders, and specialist training for RE co-ordinators. The Board also runs sessions for new headteachers through the Diocesan Early Headship Programme. We are also involved in providing training for clergy.
