ORDINATIONS OF PRIESTS IN SOUTHWARK DIOCESE

The Ordinations of twenty two
priests will take place across Southwark Diocese at 11am on
Saturday 9 October.
The Bishop of Southwark, the Rt
Rev. Dr Tom Butler, will ordain eleven new priests in Southwark
Cathedral. The churches where they serve are shown:

The Bishop of Croydon, the Rt Rev
Nick Baines, will ordain five new priests in Croydon Parish
Church:
- Kim Aston: Croydon Parish Church

- Joyce Forbes: St Stephen Norbury
and Thornton Heath (OLM)
- Marie King: St Mildred
Addiscombe (OLM)
- Val Williams: St Katherine
Merstham (OLM)
- Jan Wilson: Emmanuel Croydon (OLM)
The Bishop of Kingston, the Rt Rev
Dr Richard Cheetham, will ordain six new priests in Mortlake, St
Mary the Virgin:
- Keith Bishop: St Mary Balham (NSM)
- Felicity Couch: St Michael

- John Goddard: Morden Team
Ministry (OLM)
- Michael Roper: Mortlake with
East Sheen (Stipendiary)
- Penny Seabrook: St Barnabas
Southfields (NSM)
- Olwen Williamson: Mortlake with
East Sheen (OLM)
Note: Stipendiary means they
receive the equivalent of a salary, NSM means non-stipendiary and
OLM means Ordained Local Ministers, who are also non-stipendiary
but can only serve in their local church.
