Shrinking our Footprint A Parish Pump Workshop with the support of The Conservation Foundation & defra On Saturday 13 October the first Southwark Diocesan Environmental Conference will be held at St Mildred’s Church Centre, Addiscombe between 9.30am & 3.30pm There will be keynote addresses from: Claire Foster (National policy adviser on environmental issues) David Shreeve (The Conservation Foundation) Matthew Reed (Church and Community Director for Christian Aid) Peter Ainsworth MP (Shadow Spokesperson on the Environment) and Bishop Tom Butler Plus practical workshops on 'Becoming a greener church', 'Shrinking our Footprint', Water conservation, Transport Plans, 'Challenging the structures', Renewable Energy sources and others.
