2012 Inter Faith Walks
SOUTH LONDON
South London Inter Faith Group is promoting and supporting coordinated inter faith walks immediately before the Olympics and Paralympics.
At least 11 inter faith walks are being organized locally and will take place all over south London during the weekend 14th and 15th July. The aim is to use this time when the global spotlight is on London to celebrate the multi faith character of London and to demonstrate the inter faith collaboration that is taking place.

Family Sports Day

Come and enjoy an afternoon of fun and exciting games and art activities to welcome in the 2012 games. We have a range of fun activities all completely free for you and your family to try out - you could test how fast your football striking skills are with our football speed cage, improve your reaction times with our Batak machine, or have a go at beach volleyball on our specially made court. There are plenty of art activities to have a go at - making flags from countries around the world, decorating t-shirts, making medals and learning about the history of the world's greatest sporting event. Please come along - we welcome all ages!
'Vicars' Relay' with The Rev'd Canon Simon Butler and other local clergy. They will be running through the streets of North Battersea to advertise and open the event.
