Clapham
There has been a worshipping community at St John's since 1842. During that time it has tried to serve the cultural, social and most importantly spiritual needs of the surrounding community. This remains the case today. For in an increasingly materialistic and divided community the Christian Church stands for the unity of God's creation. Our aim is to be the focus of a body of people who feel that we all have the right to fulfil our potential as human beings, regardless of our ages, class, race or sex. We seek to do this by developing our spiritual growth which in turn influences our community involvement. We would encourage those who share our views to join us as we continue our journey of exploration. |
