Introduction to parish

St Mary's Sanderstead is a liberal catholic parish within the Diocese of Southwark but we see ourselves as part of the world wide church consisting of Christians of all denominations and traditions. We express this conviction locally by being in an ecumenical partnership with Sanderstead United Reformed Church. Our worship centres on the celebration of the eucharist and thought provoking sermons. Our community has a wide age range and many activities throughout the week. These include a thriving choir, Junior Church, uniformed organisations, youth group, over sixties club and many more.
