Built: 1960
Architect: David Nye & Partners
Listing: not listed

The church was made redundant in 2003.  The site is due to be redeveloped to provide residential accommodation and will include a small place of worship.

The church and halls were built in two stages. Drawings for the halls are dated 1954. The halls comprise, at basement level, chair store, kitchenette, switch room and boiler room. On the mezzanine floor there are meeting rooms, on the ground floor there is a lower hall, stage, toilets, clergy vestry, choir vestry, servery, entrance hall and porch and, on the first floor, the upper hall and foyers.

The Stage 2 drawings are dated 1957 and the second stage comprises a nave with north and south aisles, chancel and sanctuary, an east porch, and south east lobby and toilet.

The church is constructed in Wealden Stock bricks with a concrete portal frame structure. There is a brick tower at the south west corner of the church, pitched roofs are covered in copper and flat roofs are covered in felt and pavement tiles on asphalt.
