We are a Church of England charity, which builds and runs good quality housing at affordable rents for people on low incomes. We are registered with, and part funded by, government but they do not control our day-to-day running. However, they require us to be open and accountable to our tenants.

We manage about 250 properties at present, ranging from one bedsit to some 4-bedroom houses. Most of our properties are less than 15 years old - the rest have been extensively refurbished and improved over the same period.
