About us

Our 5 members of staff manage the properties and oversee new developments, aided by an active voluntary Management Committee.

We have a small network of trusted developers and contractors to do our development and maintenance work for us.

We work closely with several other small housing associations in the area through the South London Federation of Small Housing Associations (SoLFeD).  We also work closely with a Roman Catholic based organisation called St Vincent's Family Housing Association.

We believe that it is vital that people should have access to good affordable housing, so we support organisations such as Housing Justice UNLEASH as they campaign for better provision.
