We are a Church of England charity, which builds and runs good quality housing at affordable rents for people on low incomes. We are registered with, and part funded by, the Housing Corporation, a government organisation, but they do not control our day-to-day running.

We manage about 205 properties at present, ranging from one bedsit to some 4-bedroom houses. Most of our properties are less than 15 years old – the rest have been extensively refurbished and improved over the same period.

We pride ourselves on giving our tenants top-quality service, and are now trying to build up communities in each of the areas we serve.

We are supported by the Anglican Dioceses of Southwark and London.
