Our tenants

Our tenants usually come to us from local housing authorities’ referral lists. They represent a cross-section of the local communities, including people from a range of ethnic backgrounds. If you wish to be considered for a tenancy with us, contact your Local Authority.

We offer some support to tenants with special needs, and hope to do so more in future.

We have one tenant as a representative on the Management Committee, and hope to persuade more to join. We are encouraging people in each of our sites to set up regular tenant meetings, to strengthen the sense of community and help them to influence how the places are run.
