Accountability

This committee is accountable to the Executive Committee of the Diocesan Board of Finance (the "Board").

Terms of Reference

To meet with all sections of the diocese which require financing by the Board, and scrutinise their submissions for funding.

To ensure that all funding is based on on-going activities, referring any new work to Bishop's Council, and to identify work which might be referred to Bishop's Council for discontinuation.

To consider an appropriate stipend for all clergy

To meet in May of each year to draw up a first draft budget for the Executive Committee.

The Executive may, at its discretion, refer items back to the committee for further consideration.

Membership
