Accountability

The Committee is accountable to the Diocesan Board of Finance
(the "Board").

Terms of Reference

To encourage the Diocese at every level to identify, release and manage effectively its resources according to stewardship principles.

To encourage realistic levels of giving within the diocese, pointing to the General Synod basis of a standard of 5% of disposable income.

To encourage a better standard of communication throughout the diocese by supporting and advising Boards, agencies and parishes on how to communicate their concerns effectively.

To ensure high standards of presentation and communication are maintained in all Diocesan publications.

Membership

The Chairman to be appointed by the full Board, and the vice-Chairman by the committee.
